EOTO Mentorship Program- learning
Each One Teach One (EOTO) Mentorship Program
EOTO is a one on one high impact performance management mentorship program. The learning outcome varies from each participant based on their individual skills, goals and their grasping ability to learn. The program is provided both online and in-person setting.
EOTO Program Structure participants will be provided a:
mentorship plan
mentor-mentee agreement
online learning,
networking support
The EOTO program starts with building a mentorship plan. Then a formal tailor-made agreement between the mentor and mentee to understand their roles, expectations and intentions to avoid dissatisfaction or unmet goals.
Online learning is delivered via our online learning and interaction software and via direct phone calls for quick queries.
EOTO also offers networking support for the participants. We connect them with the right working professionals who can assist and extend their support to the participants.
Program length: 1-12 sessions.
Eligible participants: visible minority between the ages 16 to 35.
